Flandria and Stubbe are Belgian manufacturers of top-quality tobacco products, both belonging to the same family. The story of our companies is one about craft, passion and hereditary pride. We are a dynamic and fast-growing business, with approximately 60 employees. We have two plants: one in East-Flanders and one in West-Flanders. Currently, we are active in over 30 countries. To ensure an international expansion of our brands, we are looking for a (M/F):

Junior Export Manager

Position

• You are responsible for the further expansion of sales with existing distributors, and to build long term relationships with them.
• You provide the necessary tools for the distributor, draw up promotional actions and follow up on the distributor.
• You are responsible for a set-up if the commercial strategy for the assigned export markets
•  Actively searching for new selling markets does not scare you.
•  You will participate in international fairs and follow up closely on the new selling markets.

Profile

• You obtained a master or bachelor diploma, and you have a first commercial experience (of at least three years).
• Building relationships comes natural to you because of your communication skills and professionalism.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch. Spanish is an asset.
• Working in a smaller professional structure allows you to perform your best when it comes to productivity and performances. You appreciate professional freedom and responsibility. You have a positive focus.
• You love to travel on regular terms (20 – 30%) and you manage your own schedule
• Experience within export is not a must, but it sure is a nice-to-have.
